After bank interview is over, the last step is a last meeting. The meeting date, meeting location are decided, and you just wait until the last meeting.

Change the name of the house and land from the owner to you. The procedure is carried out by a specialist, a judicial scrivener. There will be an identity verification on the day.

2️⃣ Loan transfer

Loan will be transferred to your account from Bank. Then distribute the required amount to each. The bank and we are responsible for the procedures.

3️⃣ Various explanation

We will explain and confirm after moving in, and also confirm each transfer.

4️⃣ New key

Once everything is finished, you will receive the house key from the owner.
